Terms and Conditions


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. 


Distribution Nanomats Inc. (Nanomats) tries its best to deliver all the information related to the products in the most efficient and accurate way. Nanomats receives this information from the materials suppliers and it makes no representations or warranties either express or implied, regarding the suitability of the material for any purpose or the accuracy of the information of the products. Accordingly, Nanomats will not be responsible for damages resulting from the use of or reliance upon this information.


The buyer should isolate the products from humans, animals and the environment before, during and after use and, notwithstanding anything else, will indemnify Nanomats from any damages, liability, cost, expense or attorney fees in connection with any allegation of or relating to the exposure of humans, animals or the environment to the products, including, without limitation, any bodily injury.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges and all costs of compliance with export and import controls and regulations, and other governmental assessments are recipient’s (buyer's) responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
